Tom grew up in Bountiful, Utah and graduated from Bountiful High School. He did his undergraduate studies at BYU where he was part of Utah’s RDEP program. He then attended the U of U Medical School for one first year before going to Omaha, Nebraska to Creighton Dental School and graduating in 1989. After graduating, he was assigned to RAF Lakenheath, Cambridge, England with the United States Air Force to serve as a dentist in the 48th tactile fighter wing. In 1992, Dr. Tom joined his dad, Dr. Thomas A. Page, in his practice in Bountiful and has been here ever since.
Dr. Tom enjoys all aspects of dentistry. The diversity of taking out wisdom teeth, doing fillings, root canals, crowns or implants makes his life fun and enjoyable. He was mentored by his father in orthodontics where he took 300 hours of training and now belongs to the International Organization of Orthodontics. Doing braces has been very rewarding for Dr. Tom as he sees such a positive, visible change in peoples’ lives. He enjoyed teaching dental anatomy for six years at the University of Utah with the Utah Dental Students (RDEP). He continues as a mentor for the students, having them visit and learn in the office.
